20th Birthday Campaign: Competition Terms & Conditions - The Organised Method

1. Eligibility

1.1 This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of The Organised Method, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this competition.

1.2 By entering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria above.

1.3 One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

2. How to Enter

2.1 To enter, participants must submit their story via the entry form at theorganisedmethod.com during the competition period.

2.2 The competition opens on 23rd June 2026 and closes on July 6th 2026. Entries received outside this window will not be considered.

2.3 Entries must be the entrant’s own original work and must not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

2.4 The Organised Method reserves the right to disqualify any entry it considers offensive, inappropriate, or not in the spirit of the competition.

3. The Prize

3.1 The prize will be a surprise gift personally chosen for the winner.

3.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

3.4 If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, or is unable to accept the prize, The Organised Method reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative entrant.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

4.1 Winners will be selected by the editorial team.

4.2 The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.3 Winners will be notified by email on or around w/c 13th July 2026.

4.4 Winners’ first name only may be shared on The Organised Method’s social media channels and website.

5. Use of Entries & User-Generated Content

5.1 By entering, you grant The Organised Method a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, share, and publish your entry (including any photographs, videos, or written content) across its social media channels, website, app, email communications, and marketing materials, in connection with the 20th birthday campaign and beyond.

5.2 You retain ownership of your content. Credit will be given where reasonably practicable.

5.3 You confirm that any individuals featured in your entry have given their consent to appear in content that may be shared publicly.

5.4 The Organised Method will not sell your content to third parties.

6. Privacy & Data

6.1 Personal data submitted as part of this competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition.

6.2 Data will be processed in accordance with The Organised Method’s Privacy Policy.

6.3 The Organised Method will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

7. General

7.1 The Organised Method reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or these terms at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

7.2 The Organised Method accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues.

7.3 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

7.4 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
